The Annual Council, also known as Mayor Making, is a Meeting of Full Council where the new Worshipful Town Mayor of Folkestone for the municipal year is elected in front of invited guests and dignitaries.
Due to limited seating capacity in the Town Hall Chamber (screen two of the Silver Screen Cinema) it is regrettably not possible to accommodate those who have not received an invitation, however, the Annual Council Agendas and Minutes are a matter of public record and can be found by clicking here.
