FTC Potential Purchase of the Grace Hill Building

FTC Potential Purchase of the Grace Hill Building

Following a resolution by Folkestone Town Council at their meeting on 22 January 2026, a letter has been sent to Kent County Council setting out the strong local community interest in the potential purchase of the freehold of the Grace Hill Library building for a nominal sum.

This important building matters to local people, and Folkestone Town Council looks forward to engaging with Kent County Council to explore the proposal so that the building can continue to serve the community for years to come.
