ReferKent

Folkestone Town Council are pleased to announce that along with many other organisations, it has signed up to the Refer Kent Directory.

The platform aims to help adults and families who are experiencing or are at risk of financial hardship, by connecting them with relevant services. ReferKent bridges the gap between signposting and actual referrals.

Folkestone Town Council can refer individuals directly to organisations that provide support. This streamlines the process and ensures that those in need receive timely assistance.

The system ensures quick and GDPR-compliant referrals.

The initiative is backed by the Helping Hands Scheme, which facilitates referrals and ensures residents receive appropriate aid.

Should you wish Folkestone Town Council to refer and connect you with relevant services, please visit the Town Hall, 1 – 2 Guildhall Street, Folkestone, CT20 1DY (Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm) or telephone: 01303 257946
