The Climate & Environment Committee exercises the powers and duties of the Town Council on the physical environment and engages with all associated stakeholders on functions such as play parks, allotments and Folkestone Fairtrade. Members of the public are welcome to attend the committee meeting.

Meetings are usually held at 19.00 in the Town Hall meeting room, however, this is subject to change so please check the agenda.

Folkestone Town Council is closed from 24th December for the holidays and will reopen on Monday 5th January, with the Town Hall reopening on Tuesday 6th January with the usual opening times of 10am – 4pm. Please note that Folkestone Museum will reopen on Saturday 3rd January.
